Who we are
The Mighty Axon Tutorials ("AXON", "we") provides tutorial videos, documents and quizzes for Copperbelt University students. Contact: support@themightyaxontutorials.com.
What we collect

| Quiz results, study progress, streaks, saved and downloaded lessons | Run the app's learning features and show your progress. Your first name and average quiz score may appear on a leaderboard visible to students at your level. |
| A hashed device identifier (brand, model and OS version, hashed on the device) | Enforce the two-device limit that protects paid content. We never store raw hardware identifiers. |
| Push notification token | Send you lesson updates and reminders, if you allow notifications. Processed by OneSignal. |
| Crash and performance diagnostics | Fix bugs. Processed by Sentry with personal identifiers disabled. |
| Mobile-money phone number and payment amount | Process subscriptions through our payment provider (Lenco). We do not store card or wallet credentials. |
| Profile photo (optional) | Personalise your account. Chosen through your phone's photo picker; we never access the rest of your gallery. |
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. The app contains no ads.
- We do not read your contacts, location, microphone or camera.
- We do not back up app data to your Google account; downloads are encrypted on your device and stay inside the app.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that run the app on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication, EU-West), OneSignal (push notifications), Sentry (crash reporting) and Lenco (payments). Each receives only what its function needs.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Diagnostics are kept for 90 days. When you delete your account, everything tied to it is removed within 24 hours; payment records are kept for the period required by Zambian tax law.
Your choices
- Delete your account in the app under Profile → Privacy & legal → Delete account, or follow these steps.
- Notifications can be turned off in your phone's settings at any time.
- Access or correction: email us and we will respond within 14 days.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Offline lessons are encrypted with a key held in your phone's secure storage. Screenshots are blocked on lesson screens.
Children
AXON is for university students and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the effective date. Material changes are announced in the app.
