Delete your account

Applies to accounts created in the AXON Tutorials A+ app or on this website

In the app (immediate)

1. Open AXON Tutorials A+ and go to the You tab.
2. Under Privacy & legal, tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and data are removed straight away and you are signed out on every device.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Send an email from the address on your account to support@themightyaxontutorials.com with the subject Delete my account. We verify the request by replying to that address and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number, academic level and photo
• Quiz attempts, study progress, streaks, saved and downloaded lessons
• Registered devices and login history
• Push notification registration
• Your login itself — the email can be used to register again later, as a new account

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records (reference, amount, date) for the period required by Zambian tax law, without the link to your name once the account is gone.
• Anonymous crash diagnostics for up to 90 days.

Deleting your account does not refund an active subscription. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
