Terms of Service

1. The service

The Mighty Axon Tutorials ("AXON") provides tutorial videos, documents and quizzes for Copperbelt University courses through the AXON Tutorials A+ app and this website. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate details and keep your password private.
• An account may be used on at most two devices. New devices are verified by a code sent to your email.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you believe it has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid content is unlocked by a monthly or per-term subscription purchased through mobile money. Prices are shown in Zambian Kwacha before you pay.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Access ends on the expiry date shown in your profile.
• Payments are final once content has been unlocked, except where the law requires otherwise or a technical fault on our side prevented access, in which case contact support within 7 days.

4. Content and acceptable use

• All lessons, documents and quizzes are owned by AXON or its tutors and are licensed to you for personal study only.
• You may not record, download outside the app, share, resell or publish any content, or attempt to bypass the app's protections.
• You may not use the service to harass others, cheat in assessments, or interfere with the platform.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but may take it offline for maintenance. Content is educational support and does not replace your university's official teaching or guarantee any grade.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Privacy & legal) or by following these steps. Deletion is permanent and does not refund an active subscription.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Zambian law, AXON is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
